Automation in the ventilation of industrial installations

We design control systems and executive systems for process air and general air ventilation systems.

The task set by the Investor is to ensure the appropriate quantity and quality of air supplied to specific rooms or air in technological processes. In order to maintain the assumed parameters, it is required to use mechanical ventilation, which includes:

exhaust ventilation
supply and exhaust ventilation
supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery.
Appropriate control of AHU systems allows for constant air exchange regardless of external weather conditions, heat recovery from exhaust air, providing the required amount of fresh air, air drying, filtering the supplied air from pollutants and dust, the ability to adjust the amount of supplied air depending on the needs.

We make control systems for ventilation with recuperation:

cross-flow exchanger
glycol exchanger
mixing chamber.
